This independent site tracks the commitments made under the Canada–EU Alliance for the Future, launched at the 21st Canada-EU Summit in Montréal on 29–30 October 2026.

Every item links to its sources. Wherever possible these are official Government of Canada sites (pm.gc.ca, canada.ca, international.gc.ca) and official EU institution sites (ec.europa.eu, consilium.europa.eu, eeas.europa.eu). The few non-government sources are labelled. They are used only where no official text was available.

Status categories

• Concluded Signed, or negotiations formally concluded.
• Under way Negotiations, studies, dialogues or work launched.
• Planned Committed to start, explore or pursue.
• Intended A stated intention not yet formalised.

Responsibilities

Lead ministries and offices are taken from the official texts where named. Where they are not, the lead is assigned by portfolio and shown with an inferred badge.
